We want you to be completely satisfied with your urhouse furniture. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 60 days of the ship date for an exchange or refund (excluding Shipping & Processing fees).
Please carefully inspect your furniture upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, note the damage on your bill of lading and contact our Customer Service department at 208-209-5722 to speak with a representative who will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you.
Please note: Any items that are monogrammed or finished in a custom non-urhouse palette finish cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Damaged or defective items will be exchanged in as timely a manner as possible.
Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. You will receive an email confirming receipt of the return and then you may expect to see a refund credited to your credit card account within 72 hours.
